HMS Upright (Lt.Cdr. A.F. Collett, DSC, RN) carried out A/S exercises with HNoMS Eskdale (Lt.Cdr. S. Storheill), RHS Adrias, HMS Gleaner (Lt.Cdr. F.J.G. Hewitt, DSC, RN) and HMS Harrier (Cdr. A.D.H. Jay, DSC, RN). (1)

HrMs O 15 (Lt. A.J. Schouwenaar, RNN) conducted A/S exercises at / off Scapa Flow with HMS Loyal (Lt.Cdr. H.E.F. Tweedie, DSC, RN) and Adrias. (2)
23 Dec 1942
HrMs O 15 (Lt. A.J. Schouwenaar, RNN) conducted A/S exercises at / off Scapa Flow with HMS Relentless (Lt.Cdr. R.A. Fell, RN) and RHS Adrias. (2)

HrMs O 15 (Lt. A.J. Schouwenaar, RNN) conducted A/S exercises at / off Scapa Flow with HMS Vivacious (Lt.Cdr. R. Alexander, RN), HMS Windsor (Lt.Cdr. D.H.F. Hetherington, RN) and Adrias. (2)
22 Oct 1943
Near Kalymnos Island accompanied with the British destroyer HMS Hurworth, hit a mine losing her entire bow. The ship remained afloat.
The British destroyer trying to help Adrias, hit also a mine causing its sinking losing 143 men.
The ship was not repaired afterwards and scrapped in November 1945.
